Thank you for choosing Siudy Flamenco Company (d/b/a "Siudy Flamenco"). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase on our website at siudyflamenco.org (the "Site") or through any other method we make available. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
All purchases made through Siudy Flamenco are final and non-refundable. This applies to all products and services we offer, including but not limited to:
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that all sales are final and that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or exchange for any reason, except as specifically described in this policy or as required by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, refund requests based on a change of mind, dissatisfaction after access or attendance, scheduling conflicts, non-attendance, or purchases made by mistake.
All subscription plans and annual packages are final and non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription or annual package, you agree to the following:
Cancellation notice — 30 days, in writing. All cancellations of subscriptions, enrollments, memberships, and class packages must be requested in writing by email to classes@siudyflamenco.org at least thirty (30) days before your next billing or renewal date. Cancellation requests are not accepted by phone, in person, through social media, or through any other channel. If notice is received fewer than 30 days before the next billing or renewal date, the next installment will still be charged, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that paid period. For annual plans, we will send a renewal reminder to the email address on file before your renewal date.
Due to the digital nature of online courses, on-demand video content, and documentary films, all purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes:
You acknowledge and expressly consent to the immediate delivery and performance of digital content upon purchase, and you acknowledge that, once access is provided, you thereby lose and expressly waive any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or "cooling-off" period that might otherwise apply, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. No refunds of any kind are issued for digital content, including for change of mind. If you experience a technical problem with playback or access, contact us and we will restore the access you paid for; technical support does not create a refund right.
Access period. Access to digital content is granted for the period stated at the time of purchase; where no period is stated, access is granted for the commercial life of the program. We reserve the right to substitute or change the delivery platform, and to retire content, provided that materially equivalent access to purchased content is maintained or reasonable notice is given.
Purchases for in-person classes, workshops, and events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class or event you have purchased:
90-day first-attendance window. In-person course, class, package, and enrollment purchases must be activated by attending your first class within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. If you do not attend your first class within 90 days of purchase, you waive the right to attend, the purchase is forfeited, and no refund, credit, extension, or transfer will be issued.
In the event that Siudy Flamenco cancels a class, event, or performance:
If classes, events, or performances are cancelled, interrupted, or relocated due to weather, natural disasters, public-health orders, government action, facility unavailability, loss of utilities, or any other event beyond our reasonable control, Siudy Flamenco will, at its discretion, offer make-up classes, account credit, rescheduling, or virtual instruction. Virtual delivery of a scheduled class constitutes full performance of that class. No refunds are issued for closures or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
By agreeing to this Refund Policy at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for any purchase that complies with this policy constitutes a breach of this agreement. If a chargeback is filed in violation of this policy, Siudy Flamenco reserves the right to:
Siudy Flamenco may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider exceptions to this policy under extraordinary circumstances. Any exception granted in one instance does not create an obligation to grant exceptions in the future. To request an exception, you must contact us in writing within seven (7) days of your purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Siudy Flamenco does not store your credit card information. In the rare event that a refund is approved under the exceptions outlined above, it will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
All donations made to Siudy Flamenco are voluntary, final, and non-refundable. Donations are not exchangeable for goods or services.
THIS REFUND POLICY IS PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIUDY FLAMENCO COMPANY MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY, SCHEDULING, OR QUALITY OF ANY CLASS, EVENT, COURSE, OR CONTENT, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR INCONVENIENCE RESULTING FROM A PURCHASE MADE UNDER THIS POLICY.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
